First, nobody wants to follow a LinkedIn brand account. They only want to follow people.
Second, despite ChatGPT and Claude, I found a crazy amount of value in having my own ghostwriter who would meet with me each week, ask me open-ended questions, and then draft posts. He knew how to get eyeballs on LinkedIn. He also held me accountable to regular posts. I started to get so much inbound from customers and candidates when I started posting.
Third, I realized that I wanted everyone at my company to post every week on LinkedIn. It would be amazing for our recruiting (every engineer is connected to other engineers), sales & marketing, and even press and investors.
